孟凡奎:上善若水

《老子》里说：“上善若水。水善利万物而不争。处众人之所恶，故几于道。居善地，心善渊，与善仁，言善信，正善治，尹善能，动善时。夫唯不争，故无尤。”老子认为，有道德的上善之人，有像水一样的柔性。水的柔性是怎样的呢？水性柔顺，明能照物，滋养万物而不与万物相争，有功于万物而又甘心屈尊于万物之下。正因为这样，有道德的人，效法水的柔性，温良谦让，广泛施恩却不奢望报答。

　　老子弘扬水的精神，其实是在宣扬一种处世哲学，做人要与水一样，有极大的可塑性。水性柔而能变形：在海洋中是海洋之形，在江河中是江河之形，在杯盆中是杯盆之形，在瓶罐中是瓶罐之形。

　　管理也是这样，你总会遇到各种各样的问题，随机应变就显得非常重要。曾经取得的成功并不能昭示未来，市场总是千变万化的，一样的问题在不同的时期需要的解决办法也许会完全不同。聪明的管理者一定会因时制宜，因地制宜，成就团队业绩的同时，也成就了自己。

　　“做人要厚道，办事要活套”，企业家应该做到外圆内方，大智若愚，方能纵横于商场。
