腾讯宣布收购康盛创想原有团队保持不变 2010-08-24每日经济新闻 8月23日，腾讯公司最终正式确认了传闻数月的对康盛创想的收购案。当天下午，两家公司联合宣布，双方达成收购协议，具体交易将在近期完成，其后康盛创想将成为腾讯的全资子公司。腾讯表示，希望借康盛创想与百万中小站长建立更紧密的共赢关系。据悉，康盛创想已开始着手进行QQ账号与社区账号互通的可行性研究。　　此外，康盛创想创始人戴志康及团队将在原岗位上保持不变。更有消息称，戴将出任腾讯副总裁。然而该消息尚未得到官方确认。若消息属实，今年29岁的戴志康（博客）将成为中国互联网大佬中最年轻的高管之一。　　8月23日晨，有人在域名注册信息处发现，原本属于康盛创想公司的comsenz.com、discuz.net等域名，已经全部过户到腾讯北京分公司，这一动向间接证实了此前腾讯收购康盛创想的传闻。　　昨日下午4点，腾讯公司向记者发来简短邮件，正式确认了该收购消息。　　关于这一收购案的交易金额，此前曾流传2500万美元和6000万美元两种版本。昨日，《每日经济新闻》致电腾讯，对方表示目前不便透露具体收购金额。　　业界普遍认为，腾讯收购康盛创想，目标在于国内的百万中小网站，将来甚至可能出现“无需新注册，一个QQ号通行论坛”的局面。　　腾讯本身也不讳言这一猜测。腾讯公司执行副总裁吴宵光表示：“康盛创想拥有国内最多的社区站长用户群体……我们希望未来能进一步发挥双方优势，让广大中国的中小网站和站长群体可以借助腾讯的用户、技术和资金实力创造更佳的用户体验。” 　　未来康盛创想的产品中很可能整合越来越多的腾讯元素。戴志康昨日表未：“今后我们95%的精力都将用在完善Discuz!（康盛旗下社区软件平台）上，5%的精力用在研究与QQ、微博、空间、soso、电子商务、QQ群等的整合上。”　　今年7月，阿里巴巴集团收购的另一家社区平台与服务提供商PHPWind推出了团购网站组件“淘便宜”，将团购网建站门槛进一步降低，“淘便宜”亦引入了同属阿里旗下的支付宝作为担保。
