赵之心:赵之心教授“千人秋季健步走” 在青城拉开帷幕

据悉，9月9日，北京体育大学教授——赵之心，将亲临呼和浩特，在首府举办千人秋季健步走活动。本次健步走活动将招募100名健步走领队和2000名参与者。据悉本次招募工作已经接近尾声，众多的健步走爱好者纷纷报名，剩余名额大约还有10%左右。

素有“运动教父”之称的赵之心表示，世界上没有一味药可以预防百病，运动不是药，但它却可以预防百病。“健步走是一项完美的运动”。健步走要求走路跨大步、速度敏捷、双臂摆动、抬头挺胸。比慢跑安全，也比散步有效。科学的健身方法，配上恰当的健身装备，才能事半功倍。
