2017年7月4-6日，《微课设计与制作》培训走进安徽某电力公司，来自生产、技术、运输、检修等生产岗位的30多名学员全程参加了本次课程。

第1天，张老师主要培训了微课教学设计和视频剪辑技术；第2天，张老师直接来到电厂生产车间，手把手指导伙伴们拍摄微课素材，从取景到角色分工，再到具体拍摄，张老师和学员们一起，忙得不亦乐乎；第3天，学员们在老师的协助下亲手将自己所采集的素材剪辑、制作成微课作品，最后老师针对各组的作品，都进行了深入的点评。

6个小组，现场成功产出了6个优秀的微课作品，学员们很有成就感（3天的时间，从零起点到能亲手制作出优秀的微课作品，大家都觉得自己的辛苦没有白费，汗水没有白流）。
